Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of the Digital Picture Sequence method with Islamic narration to enhance logical thinking skills in third-grade students at MI RM Darul Abror, involving 18 students. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a classroom action research (CAR) design. The intervention involves using a series of digital images accompanied by Islamic narrations to guide students in arranging the sequence and making logical connections between the pictures and the story. Data is collected through observations, interviews with teachers, and student reflections. The findings reveal that the Digital Picture Sequence method significantly improved students' ability to think logically, as they were able to identify relationships between events, sequences, and cause-and-effect relationships in the story. The integration of Islamic narrations further enriched students' understanding of moral and ethical values while enhancing their cognitive abilities. The interactive nature of the method, combined with Islamic teachings, encouraged active participation and critical thinking among students. This study highlights the potential of combining digital tools with religious content to foster logical thinking and moral development in early education.
