Abstract





This study aims to explore the application of mindfulness techniques in learning to enhance emotional well-being in children at RA Sulamul Ulum. The research uses a qualitative approach with a classroom action research (CAR) design. The intervention involves integrating mindfulness exercises such as breathing techniques, guided meditation, and body awareness practices into daily lessons. Data is collected through observations, student reflections, and teacher interviews. The findings reveal that the application of mindfulness techniques significantly improved the emotional well-being of the children. Students demonstrated increased self-regulation, reduced anxiety, and showed greater emotional awareness during classroom activities. Additionally, mindfulness practices helped children develop better focus and attention during learning sessions. This study highlights the potential of incorporating mindfulness in early childhood education to support the emotional development of young learners, providing them with tools to manage stress and emotions in a healthy way. The results suggest that mindfulness can be a valuable tool in fostering emotional resilience and well-being in children at the early stages of their education.
