Abstract
This study aims to explore the implementation of an Eco-Project-based Center Activity to enhance students' environmental awareness in third-grade students at MIS Al-Ikhlas Rum. The research uses a qualitative approach with a classroom action research (CAR) design. The intervention involves students participating in various eco-projects organized in centers, where each center focuses on different environmental issues such as recycling, conservation, and sustainability. Data is collected through observations, student reflections, and interviews with teachers. The findings reveal that the Eco-Project-based Center Activity significantly improved students' environmental awareness. Students became more engaged in discussions about environmental issues, demonstrated a better understanding of eco-friendly practices, and showed increased motivation to apply sustainable actions in their daily lives. This study highlights the effectiveness of hands-on, project-based learning in fostering a deeper connection between students and environmental stewardship. The results suggest that integrating eco-projects in the classroom setting is an effective method to nurture environmental responsibility among young learners.
