Abstract

This research explores the use of Islamic Role Play Method to enhance tolerance attitudes in early childhood at TK Khairunnisa TP PKK Kab. Pasaman. Tolerance is a critical value to be instilled in young children to foster harmony and understanding in a diverse society. The Islamic Role Play Method integrates religious principles with interactive learning, allowing children to engage in role-playing activities based on Islamic teachings. The study aims to observe how this method can help children develop empathy, respect, and a sense of justice by interacting with peers in simulated scenarios that emphasize kindness, respect, and cooperation. The research was conducted through observation and direct interaction with children, focusing on their responses to role-playing activities. The findings suggest that the Islamic Role Play Method significantly improves children's social interactions, fosters a more tolerant attitude, and deepens their understanding of Islamic values. This method proves to be an effective strategy for promoting positive character development in early childhood education.
