Abstract





This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to improve students' understanding of Akidah Akhlak in MTs Ma'arif Dlingo through the implementation of a project-based learning model. The research is motivated by the need to innovate the teaching methods in the subject, as students often struggle with theoretical concepts and moral values. The project-based learning model, which emphasizes active learning through real-world projects, was introduced to enhance student engagement, critical thinking, and practical application of Akidah Akhlak principles. This study was conducted in two cycles, involving pre-test and post-test assessments, as well as classroom observations. The results indicate that the project-based learning model significantly improved students' understanding and application of the lessons. The findings suggest that this model not only helps students grasp complex concepts in Akidah Akhlak but also fosters positive behavior and moral development. Based on these outcomes, the study recommends the integration of project-based learning in Akidah Akhlak instruction as an effective approach for enhancing student outcomes.
