Abstract
This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to improve the understanding of Aqidah Akhlak values among early childhood students at TK Tunas Harapan Koto Pulai through the implementation of role-playing activities. The research focuses on the observation that children at this age often struggle to grasp abstract religious concepts. By using role-playing, this study seeks to make learning more interactive and relatable, helping students to better understand and internalize Islamic moral teachings. The study was conducted with a group of preschool children in the 2024 academic year, utilizing observations, interviews with teachers, and performance assessments. The findings revealed that role-playing activities significantly enhanced the students' engagement, understanding, and ability to apply moral values in their daily lives. This method allowed children to actively participate and express themselves, making abstract concepts like Aqidah Akhlak more concrete and easier to understand. The research concludes that role-playing is an effective and innovative approach in teaching Islamic values to young learners and suggests its potential for broader application in early childhood education.
