Abstract
This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to enhance students' understanding of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) by applying a technology-based learning method at UPT SDN 04 Sungai Rumbai. The study was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection phases. The research involved 30 students from grade 5, who were introduced to interactive and multimedia-based learning tools such as educational videos, quizzes, and digital discussions. The primary objective was to assess the effectiveness of these tools in improving student engagement and comprehension of PAI topics. Data was collected through pre-tests and post-tests, as well as through student and teacher observations during each cycle. The findings revealed a significant improvement in students’ understanding and enthusiasm for learning PAI. The use of technology made the learning process more engaging and accessible, contributing to a positive impact on academic performance and student participation. This research demonstrates that integrating technology into the PAI curriculum can offer a novel approach to improving learning outcomes in religious education
