Abstract

This research aims to improve the interest in learning Islamic Religious 
Education (PAI) among students of SDN 3 Tamparungo through the use of 
digital learning media. The study applied a Classroom Action Research 
(CAR) model, consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection 
stages. The research was conducted in two cycles, each involving the use 
of various digital tools, including educational videos, interactive quizzes, 
and digital books, integrated into PAI lessons. The subjects of the study 
were 30 students in class V. Data was collected using observations, 
questionnaires, and interviews, with a focus on measuring the students' 
level of interest and engagement in the learning process. The findings 
showed a significant increase in students' interest in learning PAI, 
particularly in understanding Islamic history and values. Digital media 
facilitated a more interactive, engaging, and fun learning environment, 
making the students more enthusiastic and motivated to participate actively 
in class. The research highlights the effectiveness of integrating digital 
learning tools in enhancing students’ learning interest in Islamic subjects, 
contributing to more dynamic and modern educational practices.
