Abstract

This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to enhance students' understanding of faith in destiny (keimanan kepada takdir) within the Islamic Education (PAI) subject at SDS Terpadu Muhammadiyah Kinali. The research utilizes a self-reflection method to engage students in understanding the Islamic concept of destiny and its implications in their daily lives. The study follows the four stages of CAR: planning, action, observation, and reflection. In the planning stage, the teacher prepares materials that explore the concept of destiny from Islamic teachings, such as relevant Quranic verses and Hadith, to help students grasp the concept. During the action phase, students are encouraged to reflect on their own life experiences, challenges, and how accepting destiny is a part of their faith. Observations are made to assess students' engagement, participation, and understanding of the concept of destiny. In the reflection stage, the collected data is analyzed to evaluate the effectiveness of the method and make necessary adjustments for future lessons. This research aims to provide an interactive approach to teaching faith in destiny, encouraging students to apply this belief in facing life's challenges with patience and gratitude
