Abstract
This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to improve social skills in early childhood through collaborative play activities at TK Al-Kautsar. The research focuses on how interactive play, involving cooperation and teamwork, can foster better communication, empathy, and conflict resolution among children. The study was carried out in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data was collected through observations, teacher interviews, and children's feedback during play sessions. The findings suggest that children who participated in collaborative play activities showed significant improvements in their ability to communicate with peers, share resources, and resolve conflicts. Additionally, the children developed a greater sense of empathy and respect for others, which are essential aspects of social development. This research highlights the importance of structured play in enhancing social skills and suggests that early childhood educators incorporate more collaborative play into their curriculum. It also emphasizes the role of teachers in guiding and facilitating these activities to ensure positive outcomes for social growth in young learners.
