Abstract
This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to enhance the development of noble character (akhlak terpuji) in students at SD YP TSS Sungai Kunyit Kec. Sangir Balai Janggo Kab. Solok Selatan, involving 17 students. The research focuses on implementing a character-based learning approach that emphasizes Islamic values to strengthen students' understanding and application of noble behavior in their daily lives. The study was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. During the intervention, students engaged in activities such as group discussions, role-playing, and reflection on Islamic values related to good manners, honesty, respect, and kindness. Data were collected through observations, student feedback, and assessments, which revealed a significant improvement in students' behavior and their understanding of the importance of noble character in Islam. The findings suggest that a character-based learning approach, rooted in Islamic values, can effectively foster the development of noble behavior among students. This research contributes to the enhancement of character education strategies in primary schools, helping students internalize and practice the values of Islam in their everyday lives.
