Abstract

This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to explore the development of the attitude of patience among students at SD Negeri 03 Lurah Berangin, Bonjol. The study focuses on implementing a learning approach that encourages students to practice patience in daily life through various classroom activities. The main objective of this research is to enhance students' understanding and application of patience as a key life skill, particularly in the context of their social interactions and academic progress. This study employs collaborative learning strategies, group discussions, and reflection activities to cultivate patience. Data is collected through observations, interviews, and student reflections, which are analyzed to assess the improvement in students' patience levels. The results of this research are expected to provide insights into the role of patience in character education and how it contributes to the overall development of students. By fostering a patient mindset, students are better equipped to handle challenges and conflicts, both in school and beyond. This research offers valuable implications for educators seeking to integrate character-building values into their teaching methods.
