Abstract

This Classroom Action Research (CAR) focuses on enhancing students' understanding of the history of Prophet Muhammad SAW in Madinah through the application of a reflective learning model at UPT SDN 04 Talaok. The research aims to promote critical thinking and moral reflection by engaging students in reflective practices while learning about the life of Prophet Muhammad SAW in Madinah. The reflective model encourages students to connect historical events with personal values and ethical lessons, fostering a deeper understanding of the significance of these events. The research follows a cyclical process involving planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data will be collected through student reflections, observations, and assessments to evaluate how reflective learning impacts students' engagement, understanding of the historical material, and internalization of Islamic moral values. Expected outcomes include improved engagement with the material, a deeper understanding of Prophet Muhammad's life in Madinah, and a positive shift in students' moral development. This study aims to offer insights into the effectiveness of reflective learning in Islamic education, particularly in enhancing students' connection to historical teachings and ethical reflection.
