Abstract





This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to improve students' understanding of Iman kepada Kitab-Kitab Allah (Faith in the Books of Allah) through the application of the Inquiry-Based Learning model at SDN 07 Silang IV Silalang. The study seeks to explore how an inquiry-based approach can enhance students' critical thinking, curiosity, and engagement in learning religious concepts. In this research, students will be encouraged to ask questions, explore, and find answers related to the different holy books revealed by Allah in a structured, student-centered learning environment. The research will be conducted in cycles consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data will be collected through observations, student assessments, and reflections to evaluate the effectiveness of the inquiry model in promoting deeper understanding and active participation in learning about the Books of Allah. The expected outcomes include enhanced student engagement, improved comprehension of religious content, and the development of higher-order thinking skills. This research aims to contribute to the field of religious education by demonstrating the benefits of inquiry-based learning in fostering active learning and a deeper connection to religious teachings.
