Abstract

This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to enhance students' understanding of Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh) laws at SDS IRGA 02 Lunang through the implementation of interactive learning methods. Fiqh laws are essential for students to understand in order to practice their faith correctly. This research involves 30 students from grade 5, conducted in two cycles. The first cycle introduces Fiqh laws through interactive lectures, where students actively engage in discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and problem-solving exercises. In the second cycle, the activities are enriched by incorporating role-playing, group discussions, and practical applications to help students better understand the laws in real-life scenarios. Data is collected through pre- and post-tests, observations, and interviews to assess the changes in students' knowledge and engagement. The findings indicate significant improvements in students' comprehension of Fiqh laws, as well as an increase in their ability to apply these laws in their daily lives. This study demonstrates that interactive learning methods are effective in enhancing students' understanding of complex religious concepts and improving their participation in class.
