Abstract
This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to enhance students' understanding of leadership in Islam through the Cooperative Learning model, specifically the Jigsaw type, at SMKN 1 Sutera. The research focuses on how the Jigsaw method can improve students' comprehension of Islamic leadership values, while also promoting teamwork and collaboration among students. The study was conducted in two cycles, involving pre-tests, post-tests, student reflections, and teacher observations to gather data. The results indicate that the Jigsaw model effectively increased students' knowledge of leadership in Islam, as well as their ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in groups. The interactive and cooperative nature of the Jigsaw method encourages active participation and responsibility, allowing students to explore and internalize Islamic leadership principles through peer teaching and group discussions. The findings also suggest that the Jigsaw model can foster a deeper understanding of Islamic values related to leadership, such as justice, responsibility, and integrity. This research concludes that the Jigsaw cooperative learning model is an effective approach to improving students' understanding of leadership in Islam and promoting essential social and collaborative skills.
