Abstract
This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to enhance students' understanding of ethics in business through cooperative learning at MAN 2 Kota Bekasi. The study focuses on developing students' moral values and ethical behavior in the context of business practices, which are crucial in Islamic teachings. The research implements cooperative learning strategies such as group discussions, role-playing, and collaborative projects to encourage active engagement and critical thinking. This approach fosters a deeper understanding of ethical business practices and helps students connect theoretical knowledge with real-life situations. The research was conducted in two cycles, with data collected through observations, interviews, and student assessments. The results indicate that the cooperative learning method significantly improved students' comprehension of business ethics, as well as their ability to apply ethical principles in business scenarios. This study highlights the importance of incorporating cooperative learning techniques in religious and ethical education to enhance students’ social and moral development.
