Abstract
This research focuses on the innovation of Arabic language learning through a contextual approach to enhance vocabulary and grammar comprehension among students at MTsN 2 Balangan. The study aims to address the challenges faced by students in mastering Arabic, particularly in acquiring vocabulary and understanding the rules of grammar. By integrating a contextual approach, the learning process is designed to connect the language to real-life situations, making it more relevant and engaging for the students. This approach encourages students to actively participate in learning through discussions, practical activities, and problem-solving tasks that are directly related to their everyday experiences. The study was conducted through classroom observation, interviews, and tests to evaluate the effectiveness of this innovation. The results show that students who engaged in this contextual learning approach demonstrated a significant improvement in their Arabic vocabulary and grammar skills. The innovation not only enhanced the students’ language proficiency but also increased their motivation and interest in learning Arabic. This research highlights the importance of adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of students and improve the quality of Arabic language education.
