Abstract
This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to implement a case-based learning approach to improve students' understanding of Fiqh practices in their daily lives at MIS Aisyiyah Pargadungan. The study addresses the challenge of making Fiqh lessons more relevant and applicable by linking theoretical knowledge with real-world situations. Through the use of case studies and reflective discussions on practical Fiqh issues, students are encouraged to engage in active problem-solving and ethical decision-making, thereby deepening their comprehension of Islamic legal principles.
The research will be conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection methods include pre- and post-tests, classroom observations, and interviews with students and teachers. The expected outcomes are an improved understanding of Fiqh concepts and an increased ability among students to apply these teachings in their everyday lives.
This study highlights the potential of case-based learning to make Islamic education more interactive, contextual, and meaningful. It suggests that incorporating real-life contexts into Fiqh instruction can enhance both student engagement and the internalization of Islamic values.
