Abstract

Education aims not only to transfer knowledge but also to develop students' potential. Each student has different potential, as each person is born with different talents and has developed their own natural disposition. Talent is a capacity or potential influenced by experience or learning. Talent is related to the possibility of mastering a particular pattern in a particular aspect of life. This study uses library research, also known as a literature study, to gather various information about the role of talent in learning. Students' talents and interests greatly influence their learning process and outcomes. In education, learning must be carried out. Education is the process of improving students' human resources by providing guidance and tools for the learning process. The role of talent and interest in learning is very important in developing a person's ability to achieve success in life.
