Abstract

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of implementing daily Islamic journaling activities to cultivate awareness of noble character (akhlak mulia) among fourth-grade students at MIS Alkhairaat Tilamuta. With a sample of 18 students, the research investigates how journaling activities focused on Islamic values can enhance students' understanding and practice of good character traits. The students were asked to write daily reflections that incorporated Islamic teachings on ethics, such as honesty, kindness, and respect. Data was collected through student journals, teacher observations, and interviews. The results indicate that journaling positively impacted the students' awareness of noble character, as they were able to reflect on their daily actions and improve their moral behaviors. The study concludes that daily Islamic journaling is an effective method to develop self-awareness and foster the internalization of Islamic values in students' daily lives. This method encourages students to reflect on their actions and behaviors, promoting personal growth in alignment with Islamic teachings.
