Abstract
This study explores the innovation of teaching Fiqh through the case study approach to enhance the analytical skills and practical abilities of 32 students in class X at MAN 1 Banjar. The primary objective is to assess how real-life scenarios and case-based learning can improve students' understanding of Fiqh and its application in daily life. Data were collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers, and student assessments. The results indicate that using case studies in Fiqh lessons significantly improved students' ability to analyze complex religious issues and apply Fiqh principles to real-world situations. Furthermore, students developed better problem-solving skills and showed increased interest and engagement in the subject. This study concludes that the case study approach is an effective method for teaching Fiqh, as it promotes active learning and helps students bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. The findings suggest that this method should be further implemented in Fiqh education to foster deeper understanding and practical skills in Islamic jurisprudence.
