Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of the Game Tournament learning model to enhance student participation at RA Al Ikhlash Junior Club. Game Tournament is a competitive yet fun learning method that encourages active involvement among students. The study applies this model to assess its impact on students' engagement, participation, and learning outcomes in the classroom. Using a qualitative approach, the research focuses on observing and documenting the interaction between students and the learning process during game-based activities. Data was collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers, and student feedback. The results indicate that the Game Tournament model significantly increases children's participation by making learning more dynamic and interactive. Students show improved enthusiasm, communication, and collaboration skills, which are essential for developing their social and cognitive abilities. Furthermore, the study identifies key factors such as clear rules, collaborative goals, and constructive feedback that contribute to the effectiveness of this learning model. The findings highlight the potential of the Game Tournament approach to create a more engaging and participatory learning environment for young learners in early childhood education settings.
