Abstract
This study aims to explore the application of reflective learning models to enhance students' understanding and practice of Akidah Akhlak values at MIN 10 Aceh Besar. Reflective learning encourages students to engage in deep thinking about their beliefs, actions, and the moral values they learn, enabling them to connect theoretical concepts to real-life situations. In this study, students were guided to reflect on the teachings of Akidah Akhlak through discussions, journaling, and role-playing activities. Data were collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of students' reflections. The findings indicate that the reflective learning model significantly improved students' understanding of Akidah Akhlak concepts and their ability to apply these values in daily life. Students demonstrated increased awareness of the importance of faith and morality, and they reported stronger motivations to practice these values. Teachers observed greater engagement and deeper moral reasoning among students. This study suggests that integrating reflective learning into Akidah Akhlak lessons can effectively foster students' moral development and create a more meaningful connection between religious teachings and their personal lives.
