Abstract

This research explores the use of interactive learning technology to enhance early literacy skills in children at RA Al-Hidayah Buntok. Early literacy is crucial for the development of reading and writing skills, which serve as the foundation for academic success. With the rapid advancement of technology, integrating interactive tools such as educational apps and digital games into early childhood education has become increasingly popular. This study focuses on children in Group B at RA Al-Hidayah Buntok, using a variety of interactive learning tools to stimulate literacy development through engaging and interactive activities. The research employs a classroom action research (CAR) approach, consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observation and documentation of children's progress in literacy tasks before and after the intervention. Results indicate that the use of interactive learning technology significantly improved children’s early literacy skills, particularly in recognizing letters, phonics, and word formation. The study concludes that interactive learning tools are effective in enhancing early literacy and should be incorporated into early childhood education settings. The findings also suggest that technology, when used appropriately, can create an engaging and effective learning environment for young children.
