Implementasi Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif dalam Meningkatkan Pengetahuan Al-Qur’an di UPT SDN 20 Koto Baru

Abstract
This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to implement the Cooperative Learning model to enhance Quranic knowledge among students at UPT SDN 20 Koto Baru. The study seeks to examine how the application of cooperative learning strategies can improve students' understanding and memorization of Quranic verses. The research was carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The cooperative learning model encourages collaboration and active participation among students, creating an interactive and supportive learning environment. Data collection involved observations, assessments, and student reflections on their learning progress. The findings indicated that cooperative learning positively influenced students’ engagement and comprehension of Quranic teachings. By working together in small groups, students were able to share knowledge, help each other, and reinforce their understanding of Quranic verses. Furthermore, this approach also enhanced their social skills, such as teamwork and communication. The research concludes that the implementation of cooperative learning can significantly contribute to improving students' Quranic knowledge and overall learning experience at UPT SDN 20 Koto Baru.
