Abstract

This research looks at how teachers use strategies to manage their classrooms with an Islamic approach so that students become more disciplined in learning. The main reason behind this study is that discipline is an important factor for learning success, and Islamic values can provide a strong foundation to build that discipline. The research used a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed in three steps: reducing the data, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions. The findings show that teachers applied several strategies, such as guiding students to pray before and after class, setting classroom rules based on Islamic values, being role models through their daily actions, and giving motivation and rewards in an Islamic way. These strategies were proven to help improve students’ discipline and also support the development of their religious character.
