Abstract

This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to explore the use of a Virtual Simulation-based Learning method to enhance students' understanding of the Hajj pilgrimage in SDN 42 Kubang. The study focuses on integrating technology to present an interactive and immersive learning experience about the Hajj rituals. By using virtual simulations, students can virtually experience the steps of Hajj, from the Tawaf to the Sa'i, and understand the significance of each ritual. This method allows for a more engaging and memorable learning experience, making complex religious concepts more accessible to elementary students. The research was conducted in two cycles, with data collected through pre- and post-tests, observations, and student feedback. The results showed a significant improvement in students' knowledge and enthusiasm about the Hajj pilgrimage. This study highlights the potential of integrating technology into religious education, providing an innovative approach to teaching sacred practices and fostering a deeper connection with Islamic rituals among young learners.
