Abstract
This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to improve the social skills of Group B children at RA Fitriyah LKMD through the implementation of profession-based role-playing activities. The study was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research focuses on how role-playing activities related to various professions can enhance children's ability to interact, cooperate, and communicate effectively with their peers. Data were collected through observation sheets, field notes, and teacher assessments. The results showed a significant improvement in children’s social skills, such as taking turns, expressing ideas, respecting others, and engaging in group play. The children became more enthusiastic, confident, and cooperative during learning activities. Role-playing provided a fun and meaningful context that allowed children to explore different roles in society while developing essential interpersonal abilities. The findings suggest that profession-based role play is an effective method for fostering social development in early childhood education. It not only supports learning but also builds character and prepares children for social interactions in everyday life.
