Abstract
This classroom action research aims to improve students' understanding
and implementation of Qur’anic values in their daily lives through the
implementation of the Digital Storytelling technique in Islamic Education
(PAI) at SMPN 3 Kerumutan. The research was motivated by the
observation that students showed a lack of deep understanding and
application of Islamic values, particularly in moral and social aspects. The
study was carried out in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action,
observation, and reflection stages. The Digital Storytelling technique
integrated Qur’anic stories with multimedia elements such as audio,
visuals, and narration to make learning more engaging and relatable. The
findings indicated a significant improvement in students’ ability to
understand and apply the Qur’anic values, such as honesty, patience, and
empathy, in their daily interactions. Furthermore, students expressed
increased interest in learning Islamic values and were more actively
involved in discussions. The research concludes that Digital Storytelling is
