Abstract

This classroom action research aims to enhance early childhood students'
understanding and application of Akhlak by implementing the digital
storytelling method based on Qur’anic values at RA Ar-Rifa. The study
was motivated by the observation that children at this age find it difficult
to grasp abstract concepts such as moral values and their application in
daily life. The research was conducted in two cycles, including planning,
action, observation, and reflection stages. The digital storytelling method
involved using multimedia elements such as audio, visuals, and
storytelling to present Qur'anic stories and moral lessons. The findings
indicated that this approach significantly improved the children's
understanding of Akhlak, such as honesty, kindness, and patience, and
helped them relate these values to their own experiences. The children
were more engaged and participated actively in discussions and role-play
activities based on the stories. The study concluded that the use of digital
storytelling based on Qur’anic values is an effective method to teach
Akhlak in early childhood education, as it makes learning enjoyable,
interactive, and meaningful for young children.
