Abstract
This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to improve students' Indonesian language skills at MTs Al-Muqawamah through interactive learning strategies. The primary objective is to explore how engaging, student-centered activities can enhance students' proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening in Indonesian. The research was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. During each cycle, students participated in a variety of interactive activities such as group discussions, role-playing, storytelling, and peer feedback sessions. Data were collected through classroom observations, student assessments, and reflections from both students and teachers. The findings indicate that interactive learning strategies significantly improved students' language skills by fostering active participation, collaboration, and critical thinking. Students demonstrated increased confidence in speaking, better comprehension in reading, and improved writing skills. This study suggests that using interactive learning methods can create a more dynamic and engaging environment for teaching Indonesian, allowing students to better understand and apply the language in various contexts. It is recommended that MTs Al-Muqawamah continue to integrate these strategies to further enhance students' Indonesian language proficiency.
